Happy Monday!! With school kicking off for some and fall routines just around the corner, there’s something I think we should talk about. It’s breakfast.
Breakfast always seems to be the meal that defeats people. My own husband hasn’t eaten it in years, except for on vacation. As for me, I’ve been pretty committed to my daily fried egg even since doing Whole30. (Yum! Hot breakfast quickly! With protein!) But with my new job getting me up at 5am, I’m definitely not bothering with anything fancy.
